Pro3 Reporting Views and Integrations

ENG

Typically, project data is scattered across different systems, making handling difficult and finding information time-consuming. Additionally, utilizing the data usually requires a lot of manual work. Pro3 reporting views provide a solution to this.

The information in reporting views is always up-to-date and can be found in one place. Data in reporting views can be compiled either from the information in Pro3 or from other background systems through integrations.

The most commonly used reporting views by customers are project-specific reporting views and portfolio reporting views, which provide an overview of all projects.

Project-Specific Reporting View

Various types of information can be brought into the project-specific reporting view, each visible as its own section. Reported items may include information related to the temporal progression of the project, quality, occupational safety, costs, as well as tracking of documents and tasks. The essential aspect is that all key project data is available in a single view, easily accessible, and in an understandable format.

Reporting views can be customized according to the customer’s needs, making the view suitable for each customer. Integrations are made at both levels, both at the project and portfolio levels.

Report and Integrations with the Pro3 System

The portfolio report gathers project data from all projects into one view. It enables reporting on all projects, for example, through timelines, tasks, and documents. The portfolio report provides a quick overview of how projects are progressing.

Through integrations, it is possible to track the financial situation of all projects in the portfolio report. Integrations have been implemented with the following systems to bring data into reporting views:

  • Project financial data – SAP, Jydacom, customer data warehouse, etc.
  • Quality assurance and occupational safety – Congrid, Kotopro, etc.
  • Project waste amounts – ZeroWaste
  • Customer satisfaction measurement – SurveyPal, Innolink
  • Electronic signature process – SignSpace, Visma Sign, etc.

In addition to these, integrations can also be tailored to other background systems according to customer needs.

An API interface has been implemented in Pro3, which also enables retrieving data from Pro3 to other systems. Therefore, if the customer is using an external reporting system, it is possible to retrieve data from Pro3 through this interface.
